Hello! I'm sad to say my ensuite room is available in a wonderfully spacious Victorian house in the Old Town.

It's right next to Wandsworth Road overground/10mins from Clapham Common and Clapham North stations.

The room contains a double bed (with drawers), three double size fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bed side table. There is a massive window and skylight in the bedroom and additional window and skylight in the bathroom so the room is super light.

The house overall is pretty big-particularly for just 4 people in total-you're never on top of each other. There is a massive living area-one half has sofas/tv and the other half I've been using as an office. It's quite nice to have the slightly longer commute of bedroom to living room each day if you're WFH.

The kitchen is also very big and has tonnes of storage, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

There are currently 2 other housemates. Hal is a Scot who works in fintech (still not entirely sure what that means) and Hannah is from Wales and is a nurse. The third housemate, Caron is shortly moving in and is lovely.
They're into the usual- hanging out and watching some tv together/ pub (when allowed). Hal and I managed to get through all seasons of the Office during lockdown times! Keen for a fairly sociable person to join the house and keep the good atmosphere going.

The ensuite is such good value for money in a great location near to all of the pubs and restaurants of clapham old town, high street and common.

The rent is 790 + 100 for bills (790 inclusive of bills until June with promotion). This can be a short term let until June 12 or a new contract can be resigned then to extend (the current housemates are wanting to stay on).
