The location is excellent located in the heart of Rochester, 4 minutes walk from Rochester High St and 8 minutes walk from Rochester Train Station with High Speed Rail links into Central London in 36 minutes.

The property has a high speed wifi mesh system as well as ethernet and TV points in rooms.. Wireless speed tests are regularly hitting 100mbps+ in all corners of the house.

There are four rooms available for lodgers spread over two floors. There is a shared living room that has a dining table, sofa, 2 x fridge/freezer, extra storage and a large flat screen smart TV which leads into the kitchen. There is a decent-sized garden.


The rooms have been furnished to a good standard with all rooms having a desk, bed, wardrobe and drawers. All beds have storage underneath! I've put a lot of effort, thought and expense to create some nice living spaces and therefore I want some clean and professional tenants who are going to look after my property.,
