The flat is fairly new and located in Ingress Park, Greenhithe and is situated on the banks of the river Thames. It’s also very close to the stunning Ingress Abbey and local marshes, great for lovely long walks.

Excellent transport links - Greenhithe station is just 12 minutes walk away with trains to London. Ebbsfleet International is also nearby and there are bus routes on the doorstep.

Bluewater Shopping Centre, Darent Valley Hospital and the Dartford Crossing are also very close by.
The rent is £560 per month and this includes all bills including fibre broadband and satellite tv. A months rent in advance is required as well as two references.

I’m fairly laid back, lead a busy lifestyle with a rewarding job and I also volunteer for a charity which keeps me busy. I go to the gym as much as possible and really value time with friends, especially the odd crazy night!
