Room is within a period cottage having close proximity to country walks. Garden to the front of the property has a shared patio area with bisto dining bench set and seating area. Room is a very large modern space, area app 15ft x 10ft with double storage bed. Room contains a tv, sofa bed, coffee maker as well as double wardrobe space. Property situated in a quiet village with bus stops a stone throw away. Within half mile walking we have a shopping centre and a Mexican Restaurant/bar within 2oo Metres. I am a sociable happy go lucky person, who lives a relaxed quiet life however i also like a banter and a laugh. I like tidy clean living. I respect others and I will only share my home with like minded people. I'd say I'm an open minded person and im approachable. Surrounding Towns Leven, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, St Andrews and a bit futher within 40min drive Dundee, dunfermline. I also have a second room to let at cheaper rate, viewing welcome.
