Double room in lovely, Archway home. With Garden!

We have one double room available for rent in a friendly, four person house in Archway.

A well finished spacious house and a bargain for the area! £640 a month and approx £100pcm for bills.

The room:

Upstairs, overlooking our lovely garden. It comes furnished with a double bed (+ new mattress), large chest of drawers, bedside table, and possibly a new wardrobe which the existing tenant will likely leave behind. There is also space for a desk and yoga mat.

The house:

Fully furnished, double glazed and on a quiet residential street. The kitchen is super spacious and has a dishwasher, washing machine and gas hob. There is a separate cosy lounge with big bay windows. Our garden was so appreciated in the summer - a sun trap with a BBQ and space for bike storage and workouts.

The location:

Less than a 5 minute walk from central Archway and the tube (Zone 2, Northern Line). It's less than a 15 minute journey to Kings Cross. There are 3 decently sized supermarkets and many independent pubs, cafes and shops. Hampstead heath is a 15 min walk away while Waterlow park (hidden treasure!) and quaint Highgate Village are just a 5 minute walk up the hill.

The housemates:

You would be living with three social, friendly professionals: Holly, a trainee accountant, Ash, a civil servant, and Josh, who works in community engagement.

We're a friendly bunch who enjoy the usual things - watching TV, sharing the occasional meal, sport and pub trips. Pre -covid we often hosted barbeques in the garden.

We're looking for someone who wants to make somewhere a home with sociable housemates. But we also are very relaxed with our own interests and everyone enjoys their own space as well. Historically there have been two female and two male occupants, but we are flexible for the right person.

There is also an additional one-off £50 admin fee with the estate agent.
