Two rooms available in a friendly and cosy house

Hi People!

Two rooms out for rent in a cosy, friendly and well looked after home in Lockleaze.

Looking for someone sociable and up for doing stuff together (Films, walks, food, chilling, drinks...), but also knows how to share space, clean and respect each other :)
The landlord is a friend of mine and we used to share the house with other friends; I am currently the only one left as they all slowly flew away due to job opportunities. Usually no parties in the house, but more than happy to go partying out and about at least in the pre Covid era. I work with very vulnerable people so trying to be careful.

The house is 4 bedrooms + 1 en-suite bedroom , three toilets ( en suite, toilet+shower, toilet), living room, large garden with shed, washing machine and dryer. Two parking spaces on the drive but plenty of free parking around the house.
Good public transport link to the city centre and very close to UWE.
Lidl, Aldi, Tesco express as well as little shops within a walking distance ;)

The rooms are all 360 + bills and, although the rent is cheap, the house is really nice and well looked after; the landlord always sort issues out straight away and the only reason why the rent is low it is because the landlord is a friend of mine.
