Lovely spacious double room in 3 bed, second floor flat, with shared entrance.

Located in SE22, on Barry Road. Very close to Lordship Lane and has a park either end! (Dulwich and Peckham).

The price includes bills. The room is very spacious (great for working from home, and plenty of space for a desk by the window to enjoy the london skyline view!) it’s furnished with a bed, bedside table and small bookshelf.

The bed has storage underneath(one of those fancy lift the mattress up types) also ample wardrobe space with hangers.

The communal area is a bright open plan living room and kitchen. With 2 sofas, a table and chairs, tv and washing machine, microwave etc.

Flatmates are male (Jack) and female (me) both 27yrs, Jack works at a primary school and I work in marketing, from home. We’re friendly and easy going and love to cook, watch films and explore the local area (for our one form of exercise a day of course..)
