We are looking to rent our large double room with ensuite and a superking bed, in a spacious house with huge garden in Gipsy Hill.

The place has great communal spaces - kitchen/dining/living, also BBQ area outside for the summer. Also a hotdesk in living room for home working.

Currently living here are 3 housemates (including live in landlord), all professionals aged 33-45. There is a cleaner who comes once a week.

We grow quite a bit of our own fruit and veg in spring/summer, and have cats and dogs, it's really ideal for animal loving people.

Just a 2 minute walk to Gipsy Hill train station (for London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction), and a minute from the 322 bus which goes to Brixton/Clapham. The on-street parking is free outside.

The rent is for single occupancy; for couples it'll be a little higher, please get in touch to discuss.

Professionals preferred. Accessibility: the house has a lot of steps, both inside and out, and is situated on a hill.
