We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our spacious and bright house in the Isle of Dogs.

LOCAL AREA/LOCATION

Three minutes’ walk from DLR Mudchute station (zone 2), Canary Wharf is seven minutes by train and 20 minutes walking. Greenwich can be reached on foot within 15 min. or within 5 minutes by DLR. Bank is 20 minutes away by DLR.

We are also metres away from a bus stop with busses running all night long! There is a nice corner shop, a 24 hour Asda just down the road, and Greenwich is a 15 minute walk away under the river where there are Pubs, bars, shops etc.

THE ROOM

The room, it does include a big wardrobe, desk, double bed, is very comfortable.

HOUSE

The house has two bathrooms complete with showers, a very spacious dining/kitchen area, with everything you might need, two fridge freezers a dishwasher et cetera, nice comfy living room, and a wild but charming garden.

BILLS:
Bills are on top of listed price (around £70 per month): Broadband/Phone, Electricity, Council Tax, Central heating

We are an extremely friendly bunch, we eat or have a drink together most weeks, but if we want alone time that’s fine too :), as we are all professionals with slightly different schedules. We are looking for someone tidy and friendly! Could it be you?
