Each floor of the flat (the flat is not segregated) has one of each room.
There is a split toilet + bathroom, with a sink in each.
There is good storage space downstairs, and a large passage upstairs for storage.
There is a shared kitchen, with fridge, washing machine, and cooker.
Flat is available from March onwards; I am open to short-term fixed stays as well as long term stays.
I am looking for a maximum of two tenants for the entire flat.
Utilities (gas, electricity, water, broadband) may be covered based on length of stay.
