Cosy double room in Leith flat - 3 month let
I have a short-term let available for 3-5 months from the second week in September.
The flat is a quiet and peaceful space so I'm looking for someone fairly low-key. That said I do like cooking, sharing some food and the occasional glass of wine.
The flat is located on the first floor of a traditional tenement building. It is very centrally located in the heart of Leith, just minutes from Leith Walk and Leith Links. There are two supermarkets close by and lots of coffee shops and restaurants.
The room is a nicely sized double room at the front of the flat with its own sofa and desk.
There is a shared living room but this is not available for use on weekdays before about 5.30ish as I work from home and I have my desk set up in there. If you are around during the day there is a big sunny kitchen and a nice garden out the back.
I share the flat with my wee cat so anybody applying needs to be a cat lover. She's very good-natured but a little shy as she's a rescue and has got used of ruling the roost around here during lockdown.
Any questions feel free to email. Happy to set up an introductory skype/whatsapp and walk around the flat, and then take it from there for an in-person viewing if we're both interested.
I'm also happy to accept a month-by-month arrangement but the rate would be a little different on this - £650.
