Double room and own bathroom for rent

We have a double room with your own bathroom for rent in a nice house with a garden and patio area. It is in a quiet road only a 15 minute walk to the train station. Its also a 5 minute walk to court park. Our house was also featured in a bbc2 comedy show a few years ago .

The room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The view out of the window sometimes provides the perfect place to capture a sunset. Although the bed in the room looks like a single, it is in fact a pull out double bed. There is only one bathroom at the moment but we are currently having a 2nd one installed which is nearly finished. We have a large kitchen only 2yrs old with all the mod cons.

The room would suit a young friendly professional in full time employment.
You would be living with a newly married couple. We are very clean, tidy and easy going and would prefer someone who is the same. The vibe in the house is laid back and fun, but is not a party house.

All bills are included and WiFi is available. We are not interested in charging loads as me and my wife know what it's like to rent and save.
