About Me:

Hi there, my name is Al. I currently work for a non-profit think tank but will be moving to the sustainable energy sector in July. I am moving at the beginning of August and am looking for two other professionals to join me at Royal Albert Wharf.

I am super clean, a bit of a minimalist when it comes to communal spaces and design but also love to cook, host movie nights on the occasional evening, play tennis, focus on freelancing etc. Although I am abit of a workaholic, I am also superrrr chill! When I am not working I tend to workout, go out for a couple drinks, see my partner/friends etc.

I am super social but also like to balance out my alone and working time evenly, too.

I've had some pretty meh experiences house sharing with lots of people under one roof, so definitely looking for a smaller flat and similar individuals to myself where we can all get along, have a great and cleanly house vibe and we can all call this a home. I also respect everyone's space and alone time because I deffo need it too after long days at work! I would ideally be bringing my large TV to the living room, getting a new Nespresso coffee machine, getting some lighting and dining tables on the balcony to really make it nice.

I will also make some time for us all to meet whether in person or zoom so the three of us can see if we all gel well together.

The Flat:

- Located 3 mins away from Gallions Reach (DLR), takes you to Canary Wharf in under 20 mins / Bank in 30 mins.

- Brand new residential community

- Sharing a large bathroom with just one other person

- Private balcony overlooking London and the river (it's got beautiful sunsets!)

- Lots of storage

The Boring Stuff:

I expect bills to come around £70 per person.

It will come furnished with a decent furniture package.

I am looking to go with Folio as the agency, who are incredibly reliable and transparent with fees. They will be doing referencing and credit checks for suitability and you will need to have a minimum income of £25,000 per annum. I also would ideally have everyone commit to a year tenancy.

No tenancy fees!
