We have a spare bright double.
Though the room is not ensuite... I have now retired and my other works later in the day and so the bathroom would be free in the mornings to get ready.
Along with a 21 foot lounge/diner again with lovely views.
We have parking for a small car behind ours...alternatively we can park our car at a relatives, a few doors away.
At the beginning of February '22, we are having our 17ft by 8ft 5 under the house garage, converted by a reputable builder, to a self contained annex.
This will include an en-suite and sitting/relaxing area for tv and then also, a 12ft wall of kitchen area, with all new applicances.
Those renting spare double, to move into such, with no extra added to the rent.
The views are fabulous across and down the valley and we live up on a dead end road (10 mins walk, from the towns High Street and Main Bus Station and Rail Station). So you get that feeling of being that little bit more, from the huslte and bustle.
It is just 2 of us and the one cat...as the one off spring, settled and lives away.
We did advertise a few weeks ago, but the person of whom wanted the room then found somewhere nearer their work of which we totally understood.
One of us, then got the Supercold that has come about and so forth.
