Urgently seeking someone to take over my lease for a double room in Liv Student Belfast student accommodation on York St. Room is large and spacious, complete with double bed, private en suite bathroom, desk and chair, floor-to-ceiling window, black out blinds, and loads of storage (including under bed).

The flat itself includes a very large kitchen / living room, complete with a flat screen TV, corner sofa, and all modern appliances.

The building has a whole array of facilities available for residents, including:

The new Ulster University campus is literally across the road, the Cathedral Quarter is a 2 minute walk, City Hall is a 10 minute walk, QUB is about a half an hour walk / 20 minutes on the bus, and the UU Jordanstown campus is about 30 minutes away on the bus. There's a Lidl, big Tesco, the Yorkgate Retail Park and the Castlecourt Shopping Centre all in walking distance.

Rent is £138 per week (this includes all bills and charges). No deposit is required, but you will need a guarantor for rent and proof that you're a student (eg: an acceptance letter from uni).
