Kyle is very social and likes to go out, like, a lot...
James is a lot more quiet and reserved.

We are pet friendly, as Kyle has 2 needy cats, (Warning, very friendly) and he is on the waiting list for an applied hearing dog. Pets welcome, our (soon to be) ex-flatmate had a rabbit and everyone seemed to get on well.

The house has a conservatory and a good(ish) sized garden with a greenhouse. We also have use of the land behind the garden until it gets sorted out, when that will be we don't know. The house already includes basic white goods apppliances such as washer/dryer (Its a single unit), 2 fridges, and 2 freezers, + vacuum. It's a mix of ours and the landlords but the landlord is very nice and accomodating.

There is a shared lounge but we are easy going and friendly, so introverts need not apply!

Kyle needs his 5th neurosurgery sometime next year so will be cooped up for at least 4 months afterwards.

Rent is £550 a month, all bills minus water included.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Winchester Train Station, a 15 minute walk to Winchester city center and there are buses regularly every 15 minutes throughout the day.

There is a community center and park 1 minute walk away, which Kyle has done volunteer work with.

There are two local corner shops 2 minutes away, along with takeaway shops 5 minutes walk away.

There is a large sainsburys a 3 minute drive from the property and the number 1 bus to winnal tesco is every 30 minutes, with buses into city center every 15 minutes.
