The apartment is in a converted Victorian building which has many original features and the usual mod cons and also, uniquely, its own private courtyard garden which is south facing and gets full sun throughout the day (so we have great summer BBQs)

Centrally located at the bottom of Bridge Street/Bloom Street in the vibrant central/Chapel street area full of bars, restaurants, shops, artists’ studios, and venues such as Islington Mill and the Eagle Tavern; our local is the famous King’s Arms known for its fringe theatre and is just 30 seconds across the road.

We are just 6mins walk from Deansgate, 3mins from Spinningfields and Just 1 min from Salford central Train station and the 50 (Didsbury-Salford quays), and other, bus routes

£570 rent month (this includes council tax AND superfast broadband).
Electric (monthly) and water (quarterly) are additional bills.
