Homesharer need in Towc £169 pcm couples welcome

A homesharer (please read info on homeshare before getting in touch) is needed for a lovely lady in her early 80's.
In exchange 10 hours domestic help each week your rent will be only £169per month included bills. ( You may need to contribute £25 per month towards council tax bill. Students are exempt from CT)

The accommodation on offer a double room with shared Kitchen and living room and bathroom.

The help is required with tasks such as some meal preparation, sharing meals together, some shopping, light housework and most important companionship.

A mature and caring lady studying/working would be ideal. Please get in touch if interested and please do provide YOUR NUMBER and a little information for us to call you back. We will also consider the right couples (The fee is for couples £300pcm)
