Spare Room in a homely house

Hi there,

I have recently bought a house in Llanishen and I am looking for someone to share the house with. I am very easy going and laid back as long as long as things are kept tidy.

The house is very spacious, it has four bedrooms, I am only looking for one other person to share with.

There is a huge kitchen dinner and plenty of room for food storage in the cupboards, fridge and freezer.

The lounge is a very good size, with two sofas, I am expecting new one in the next 6 -7 weeks!

The bedroom itself is a very good size and has a wonderful mirror double wardrobe and 4 draws in the bed for storage. If you would like to bring your own bed/furniture that is absolutely no problem at all.

The house has has ensuite, a bathroom and a downstairs toilet.

There is also an attic and a garage for storage.

The location of the property is superb! It is close to all supermarkets Morrisons is less than a 5 minute walk as is Lidl, Aldi is ten minutes max. Tesco and Sainsburys are less than 10 minutes by car too.

There is a bus stop two minutes from the front door, with buses running very 7 minutes into town and there is train station 400m away too.

There are gyms on the industrial estate which is only around the corner.

It great for access to most parts of the City!

My partner stays over on the weekends on occasions, she is based in Windsor though and sometimes I am visiting her and you would have the house to yourself.
