We are about to renew our contract in our much-loved flat in the lively Brixton. Unfortunately, our flatmate is leaving London so we need a replacement.
The flat is on a lovely road off Brixton hill, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and a huge green space that overlooks the City - Brockwell Park.
The room is a fantastic-sized double with all the basic amenities. A great selling point of the flat is the spacious upstairs living room, where we often hang out, chat, and watch TV.
Who are we? Two very friendly and respectful 26-year-old lads who are easy-going, tidy, and love a night out!
Jack: BBC Politics Journalist. Loves all things current affairs and sports. Big foodie usually found washing down his latest recipe with a glass of red. Music and Cinema are among his many other interests. Will sing badly about the house.
Liam: Comms & Media Officer for an environmental not-for-profit. Spends weekends playing and watching football in between drinking and hanging out with friends. Loves music and attending gigs / DJ sets. Better singer than Jack.
About you:
Hopefully, you'll be friendly and relatively tidy. Would be great if you're sociable and happy to hang out now and then.
