Looking for a female flatmate to share a 2 bedroom flat. I'd prefer a young professional female who is friendly and tidy.
I'm a 28 year old, very chatty and sociable but also respect that not everyone is the same and i respect others' privacy. The flat is a relaxed space and i don't mind if you have guests over, obviously within reason as its not a very big flat. I am interested in eating/drinking out, theater, music and exploring more of Edinburgh as i have just moved here last year.
The flat is located between leith walk(10mins) and broughton road(5mins). It would be yours alone for most of the year as i travel a lot for work but i will require a character reference and deposit.
There are plenty of parking bays around the flat and a secure underground parking area. There is also a fully equipped gym which is included in the bills. Bills included
are factor fees, fast internet, amazon prime and council tax, bills not included are electricity and gas(approx £35/ month each in winter, less in summer).
