Cosy Room to let in comfortable shared house

We are looking for a friendly and sociable person to join our comfortable shared house in Clifton Wood.
The cosy garden room is double insulated, warm in winter and cool during the summer, and is situated in our back garden. The rest of the house is shared with 4 others (2 male, 2 female). There are two bathrooms, two sitting rooms with a wood burner, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Wooden floors throughout. We are ideally situated close to Clifton Village (5 minute walk), Park Street (10 Min walk) and the Docks (5 min walk). The price includes all bills, council tax Wifi, and Netflix . There is a resident's parking scheme in operation in the area, so the cost of parking is an additional £16 per month. We like to cook and eat together, and enjoy a sociable atmosphere but also all have our own interests and we're looking for somebody who feels they would like to be part of our happy household!
