I'm looking for a Falmouth or Exeter uni student to take over my contract for my room in Glasney Parc. I will be moved out definitely by the end of March but can arrange to leave sooner if needed. The contract is around 150pw, but again, I can be flexible on how much of the cost the new tenant is responsible for. Flatmates all very friendly. Full size double bed and ensuite shower and toilet. Perfect for someone looking for somewhere for the rest of the academic year on campus. I have cracked the glass on my phone camera, so I have used the standard photos of the type of room.
