Large, bright, furnished double room in excellent location 5 mins from Colliers Wood tube station.

I'm looking for someone new to replace my amazing current housemate. Our home is a lovely ground floor flat with a nature-friendly private garden (with a pond, bird table, etc!). It's a tidy, homely, clean house, with an interest in sustainability (recycling, composting, using refillable products, etc.). The location is amazing, right between Wimbledon and Tooting, with lots of green spaces to enjoy too. Super convienient for accessing central London (30 mins on the tube to Waterloo). The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed. Looking for someone who would enjoy this home.

The bedroom is big enough to have a double bed and a desk (if you're home working). The room includes the double bed by default (new in 2020), and the other bedroom furniture is up for grabs if of interest.

I'm a native English speaker but also speak French and would be very open to French speakers.

Available 10th July with flexibility either side.
