Lovely double room with en suite

Looking for a like minded woman to share my home with myself and one other female lodger.

The house is a fully refurbished and very comfortable detached house in Horsley. It has a garden and parking for 2 cars. plus on road parking. All windows have lovely country/village views.

There is the choice of one double room with lovely views and en suite bathroom. ( £150 per week)
The bathroom has a good washing machine and tumble dryer which would be shared with the other housemate and myself at times.

Or a double room (£135 per week) and share the other bathroom with the other lodger. She has the attic space which has a cloackroom so would just use the bath/shower in the bathroom.

There's also a good sized kitchen with double cooker, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, plus dining area and cosy lounge c/w woodburner. There's a cellar which is a useful storage area for small items.

I use the attached annexe which has a bed/sitting room, shower room with washing machine and small kitchen.. I would carry on sharing the kitchen double range and lounge at times.

lodgers need to respect the space and share with some hoovering, dusting etc.

There are lovely views from all windows and great walks on the doorstep. Horsley has an excellent community shop and the village has a good community feel with pilates, yoga, circle dancing in the village hall. It also has a church and pub.

Nailsworth is only a mile away so easy walking to it along the beautiful Ruskin Mill valley which has a cafe, and the town has a good range of individual shops, cafes and a couple of supermarkets.

Communications in the area are excellent - rail from Cirencester, to Paddington is 1.25 hours. Large towns Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bath and Bristol are all an hour away and there are some lovely Cotswold small towns all within 30 mins to an hour.

The Slimbridge canal has lovely walks plus paddleboarding and canoeing.
