Hey! Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as it’s no longer needed. Ideally from the 27th of June until the 3rd of September. Could consider moving out sooner though (i. e over the next couple of weeks) so would speak about it in more detail over message.
You would probably have the option to continue into next year if you like the apartment (on your own tenancy contract though).
My contract is £128 per week, all bills are included and it includes gated parking in the accommodation too.
It’s a brand new en-suite flat in the student accommodation, Park View Homes for Students, Moss Lane East. Located just down the road from Whitworth Park and Oxford Road. Lidl is just around the corner too.
