Double room in Vauxhall flatshare short term let

Really cute double room with large windows with stained-glass detailing. Room comes furnished, and has a loft space for additional storage.

Furniture included: bed, bedside table, lamp, desk, desk chair, and there is a built-in closet.

This is a 2-bed flat, with a shared living room and separate kitchen, and a shared bathroom. There is a Juliet balcony off of the living room as well. There is private parking in front of the building that no one uses, and you are free to use.

We have a cat called Teddy, who is very friendly and sweet, but be warned, he will try to con you into feeding him early - he doesn't get along with dogs and we're not sure about other cats, so you can't bring pets unfortunately.

Location is great, 10-min walk from 3 tube stations (Vauxhall, Oval, and Nine Elms), as well as a 10-min walk to a ginormous Sainsburys, and we're right across the street from a lovely park.

The current flatmates are me, Alessandra, and my partner Danny. I work in TV, and Danny works in the charity sector, but is starting a PhD in autumn. We're both friendly and tidy, and Danny especially loves cooking for people!

We're looking for someone who is friendly and sociable, but as we work from home 1-2 days a week, is respectful of noise levels when everyone's home. Happy to go out as a flat for drinks at the local pub, or for a picnic in the park :)
