I have a spacious room at 10 Canterbury Road available for rent from 3rd July 2022 to 26th September 2022. The property is managed by St Hughes College, so it is only available for Oxford Students. The room is on the 2nd floor, and comes with a sink. Each floor in the house comes with a toilet and shower (in separate rooms) and a fully equipped kitchen. The rent per day is 19.62 pounds, so approximately 600 pounds per month, and is inclusive of utilities. The front of the house opens to 10 Canterbury Road, but the back of the house opens into the college, so you may be able to enjoy the college too.
