1 large & 1 small double single occupancy only

my husband and i have 2 rooms in our home which we rent out to professionals or mature students, the large double is available from 31st july and the small double available 25th sept. Shared bathroom and kitchen we provide everything needed all kitchen ware, bedding ect wifi and all bills included. Our rooms are suitable for clean, tidy and quiet single people sorry no couples or pets. There is not a shared garden or living room, we live across the road from port meadow with plenty of room to take exercise or a lovely stroll along the river. The village has a good regular bus service taking 15mins to reach the city centre we are also on a good commuter route from the roundabout at the top of the village. We do have a very quiet friendly english springer spaniel.
