1 Double Bedroom in Lovely House

We have available 1 good size double room furnished in our home. It comes with bed, desk, wardrobe space etc. The rooms are at the top of the house so the top floor would be yours. The bathroom would be shared with our 9 year old and lodger only! I am happy to do washing and can provide meals at an extra charge. You would be living in our family home with 2 adults (45 & 49) and 1 no. 9 year old boy. Our house is located in Rose Green close to shops and bus routes into Bognor and Chichester. We have 2 cats and smoking is permitted but outside only please. This is our family home so we are normally up by 8am but as you will be on the top floor we shouldn't disturb you!! We are very flexible and amenable! Any questions, please ask.
