Double room in fantastic central location

The flat is located 8-minute walk from Great Portland Street Station (Metropolitan, Hammersmith and City Lines), Warren Street (Northern and Victoria Lines) and Euston (Northern, Victoria Lines and trains).
It is also 2-3 minutes walk from the wonderful Regent's Park!

The flat is spacious and has a very large fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, ovens, fridge, freezer, gas cooker) and comfy living room.

It also has a 20 square meters patio where we do barbecues and spend the summer days when* the sun is out :)

The housemates are really lovely and are all young professionals/ masters students. We're looking for a housemate to join our lovely 4-person flatshare in a quiet, safe and fantastic location.

The room itself is a double room, furnished, and freshly redecorated. The room has a double bed a desk, clothes storage and a chair. Broadband Wi-Fi internet is available, and the living room houses a flatscreen TV.

The house is generally warm, mould-free and a good atmosphere. The shower is good (i. e. gas, not electric!), the oven/hob works well, we have a dishwasher and two espresso machines.

We're looking for a housemate with a complementary lifestyle; to wit, an English-speaking, full-time professional or post graduate student in their 20s or 30s, working relatively normal hours, tidy and respectful and all-round general good egg. 
If any of the following apply to you, I'm afraid it won't work out: couples, short-termers, party animals, slobs, murderers, hermits.

Rent is £761 per calendar month, paid directly to the living-out landlord (no agency fees). Bills aren't included but they usually work out to around £30-50 per month.
