Double ensuite available in a modern townhouse in a quiet corner opposite a copse of trees its a very peaceful area perfect for someone who is looking for quietness, peace, calm, and a clean tidy homely living environment perfect for relaxing in at the end of your day. It is located in a secluded part of Chineham situated on a private road.

You will be sharing with a friendly, professional woman respecting your privacy, and mixing as much or as little as you want.,( it is NOT a party house). Also there is a friendly cat, so an animal lover is essential! The living room can be shared in the evenings sometimes when we have time for meals & chats together etc

Ensuite double room: faces a copse full of trees. The king size bed is very comfortable it has a pocketed spring mattress. There is plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes, and there is a flat screen TV. The room has a lovely outlook to the copse of trees in front of the house. The room is not over looked by other houses.

Its easy walking distance to Chineham shopping centre with Tesco, M & S food store, boots and a lot more shops. There is a regular bus service to Basingstoke town centre and train station, and lovely walks around old basing village. which is not far. The train station is a 10 minute drive away, The M3 is about a 10minute drive away, and the M4 is about a 20 minute drive depending on traffic. etc. 

Chineham Business Park off Crockford Lane, Kingsland Business park off Wade Road, Businesses in Lutyen's close is walkable or a few mins in the car. The Basingstoke centre is about 10 minutes by car.

The accommodation is perfect for someone working on a contract basic in one of the business parks close by or in town, or the North Hampshire Hospital is a 10 minute drive the BMI Hampshire clinic. is a 5 minute drive, and it will suit a professional female.

COVID aware, taking care in a relaxed mindful environment.

There is also a small provision for storage of boxes/suitcases in the garage.
