There is bathroom with bath and power shower. There is a spare single room for laundry and occasional use by House-mate guests.

Private Space;
First floor has 2 Double bedrooms to rent, which one is ensuite and both have large fitted wardrobes.
Top Floor has a Further double and a single room, the double non en-suite is available to rent. The bathroom is next door.
Large parking area to rear.

Single person occupancy only for all rooms, with occasional overnight visitor allowed (1 night per week). Top 2nd floor Double bedroom with sink / First Floor double / First Floor Ensuite double with private shower/sink/toilet. The Top floor has its own sink , built in Wardrobe and feature stone port-hole and Mahogany Dormer windows. First floor has shared bath/ power shower / toilet.

Use of Top single room for occasional guest stop-overs available by arrangement with Landlord whose room it is.

There is TV sockets in all rooms. Some under attic storage.

Sharing with 2 single males, and occasionally theLandlord who works abroad mostly. As Landlord, I would expect property AND GARDEN to be kept in a good state, including a garage.
