Hi!

We have a double bedroom available in a smart, homely 4 bed flat just moments walk from Clissold Park, the vibrant Church Street and Newington Green. A 5-10 minute walk to Canonbury Station or a 10 minute bus ride to Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria line) from the end of the road. Kings Cross and Liverpool Street are also only 20 minutes away by bus.

The flat has modern furnishings and has a very homely feel. There are two toilets in the flat, one with walk in shower. The bedroom room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table,

It's a 4 bed flat and the other tenants are 3 professional females between the ages of 24 and 25 - who love hanging out at home, baking, travelling, the odd drink, going out, all the normal stuff, while also understanding personal time.

Rent is inclusive of all bills (including internet and a fortnightly cleaner) and the room is available as of 7th March 2021.
