DOUBLE room in maisonette with garden
I have a double room available in a stylish, large 4 bedroom maisonette which has been refurbished within the past few years with new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine /dryer and wooden flooring. It also has its own private garden. The double room available has wooden floorboards and is fully furnished with wardrobe, bed, shelving and ottoman. The room would suit someone looking to live in a bit of style by sharing with 3 other independent young professionals.
The flat has large communal areas with good sized lovely lounge for relaxing and socializing and clean tidy bathroom. It also benefit from a private back garden to the rear!
There is plenty of on street parking on quiet residential streets.
Minimum contract is 6 months (but as long as you like) and preferred age range is 21 - 30. the rent includes council tax. You will need to budget for about an extra £50-75 per month on top for all other utility bills. We collect the council tax with the rent so your monthly payment to us will be £610 (bills to be organised separately with the tenants).
The maisonette is ideally situated on the kingston/surbiton borders and a 10-15 minute walk to Surbiton station for fast rail links to Waterloo or a similar distance into Kingston for great shopping and nightlife.
The bus stop to both Kingston and Surbiton is just outside.
We are private landlords so no agency fees and individual shorthold tenancy agreements based on the room you rent.
