THE LOCATION AND TRANSPORT LINKS
Mortlake is in the London Borough of Richmond, surrounded by beautiful Barnes, Richmond, Kew and Chiswick, and offers lots of fantastic pubs, cafes and bistros. The river Thames is a 5 min walk from the flat and Richmond park (sheen gate) is one mile by foot or cycle.
Mortlake falls inside travel Zone 3 and Mortlake over ground station is a 7 min walk. From here a direct train to Waterloo takes 25mins, passing through Putney and Clapham Junction. Kew Gardens tube station is also a 20min walk from the flat.
A bus stop conveniently just outside the flat takes 10mins in to Richmond and 15 mins to Hammersmith. The N22 night bus comes from central London to almost outside our front door.
Rent is £720 per calendar month and includes all bills (council tax, water, gas/electric and super-fast broadband). One months rent is required to be paid upfront. Access to a car parking space that is located within the grounds of the development can be arranged if needed.
