Any deductions applicable to end your occupancy will cover but are not exclusive of a. any defects or damage caused over the tenant’s occupancy fault, to the development, the flat or its content (including, but not limited to marks, dents, scratches, cracks, appliance breakdowns), b. any rent in arrears, c. any other sums of money own as a result of the tenancy.
Very flexible, no tenancy agreement to sign, no estate agent fees, only 4 weeks notice each side. Reference are requested to demonstrate financial affordability and employment stability.
