Large furnished dbl x 2 - east London, tube 7mins

Hello!

I'm looking for new housemates to share a spacious house in east London. We're within 7 or 8 mins from the nearest tube and an easy commute to Canary Wharf, Stratford (walkable)/Hackney and central London. Pre-covid my commute to work in Soho was around 45min door to door.

There are two lovely furnished double rooms, both available now and they're fully furnished with double bed, desk/chair, wardrobe. We also have lots of communal space including dining kitchen, back garden as well as a shared living room. The space is very wfh friendly.

I've have had really good experiences with female flatmates before so this would be my preference but I'm pretty open other than that - so relaxed about age, cultural background, veggie/vegan status and gender orientation. I'm also open about whether both rooms go to two friends or people who have buddied up or we create a new household of 3.

In terms of personality my ideal flatmates would be fun, respectful, tidy, easy going and responsible. I don't mind if you're a student or working. As a housemate, I'm friendly and social but also respectful of personal time and space. I'm also covid responsible (but not paranoid) and would love a flatmate with similar attitude :)

I love travelling and have lived in different countries (incl Scotland and Canada) and previously had foreign flatmates and would describe myself as culturally tolerant and curious.

I also enjoy baking so there's often a need for help with tasting :)

With all the uncertainly going on, happy to consider short term lets and month to month arrangements if your situation is a bit fluid. Moving date is also flexible.
