I have two great ensuite rooms in a sociable, homely, great Solihull house-share. We are very sorry to see two of the guys go, but both have changes in their careers and are moving away. Therefore we are looking for two more quality young professional house-mate to share this home with the other house-mates - ideally two young men as we have found the mix with three boys / three girls works really well.
The bedroom is a good sized double bedroom with a lovely ensuite bathroom. It is well furnished with a 4ft double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and blackout blind. This is available from the 1st July.

As for the rest of the house, we have a contemporary and very spacious kitchen, with all appliances. There is also a lovely large lounge diner with a 40 inch digital freeview TV, and not forgetting Virgin high speed broadband throughout. All the bedrooms have their own TV aerial socket.
The house-mates are really clean and tidy and look after the place really well, and we also supplement this with a cleaning team who clean all the communal areas and shared bathroom. The house-mates are very friendly and sociable, and enjoy occasional nights out together, as well as relaxing at home together.
The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety.
This is a large extended home, with lots of parking for all six housemates, in a great B91 Solihull location very close to Lode Lane, which not only gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick commute, but also for Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre (which is a 15-20 min walk away) being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has been awarded the best place to live in twice in recent years by the UK Quality of Life Index.
Finally a bit about me, as a live out Landlord, I am an Accredited member of the Residential Landlords Association as well as being MLAS Accredited (Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme), and work closely with the Authorities to ensure my properties adhere to the highest standards of comfort, safety and security. To ensure we get the highest calibre tenants who we think will get along well in a professional house-share we interview carefully, credit check and request various proofs of id and reference. This is for our benefit as well as yours, to ensure we get a great group of tenants sharing a home together.
We take a £100 holding deposit, which is then deducted from your first month's rent, and a regular deposit which is protected by the DPS. No fees.
