Hi there,
I have a great room to let in a three bedroom flat in an Edwardian house. The room is a massive 30 sqm with its own couch and large table and a great natural gas fireplace, great for cold winter evenings.
There is a large shared kitchen with access to a lovely private garden. The kitchen has a clothes washer/dryer and dishwasher. The large bathroom is shared with max one other person. There is also a decent sized hallway. Overall the flat and garden together with the communal garden provide a lot of space for everyone.
I hope to find someone who is clean and tidy but also easygoing. I am only in the house myself every few weeks and the other room is rented Monday-Friday so you would have the flat to yourself a lot of the time.
The house is just three minutes walk to North Ealing tube (piccadilly line, zone 3) and 9 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway (Central, District, CrossRail, Rail zone 3). There are several shops and restaurants as well as a cafe and dry cleaners, also 3 minutes walk away.
There's no smoking in the house but there is a sheltered smokers' corner outside.
Parking is possible (on-site for a small fee or on-street resident parking with paid permit).
