We are just a few steps from hundreds of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gyms (Fitness First and LA Fitness are 2 mins walk), cafes, theatres, Cardinal Place, Victoria Place Shopping Centre and the amazing new 'Nova Victoria' development. (London's new Restaurant Quarter) Lovely St. James's Park is just 2 minutes' walk away and the river is just beyond the park. A Marks & Spencer is on the doorstep with a Sainsbury Market 10 mins walk away.

We are looking for 1 nice, easy-going, considerate professional in full-time employment to share with 2 other professionals. (2 x m, British & French) We work in finance and the luxury hotel industry and long hours so, although we are sociable, no party animals please! We all really need our sleep! Sorry, our lease does not allow students, self-employed, unemployed or couples.
