Furnished spacious Double bedroom room with its own en-suite, shower loo wash hand basin, in a friendly professional house share, with nice garden available from the 28th November or slightly earlier! If you need it to be.
The room has a large chest of drawers and wardrobe,, there is a desk as well. Lovely big window in the room. All bills are included bar paying for the cleaner once every five weeks.
The room is just for one person.

Baytree road, is a tree lined quiet road, only 5 minutes walk to brixton tube, great access to the city! The local bus stop is seconds from the front door.

We are spoilt for supermarkets, Tesco is next door and lidils is four minute walk away, so it's all very easy, as well as having the fab brixton market close by, with it's many eateries and bars/ pop brixton. The Ritzy cinema. Brockwell park are close buy, great for the lido swimming Gym and tennis.
Current Flat mates are all very nice, sometimes cook together and watch a good DVD as a group.
