Great Room, Really Great House-Mates, Modern House
I am looking for one sociable young professional to share this home with the other four house-mates, who all get along really well. This house has a great happy atmosphere, with a great selection of young professionals, enjoying sharing together. My job is to find another young professional (preferably female to keep the mix) to share this home.
We have a smaller double room with with it's own WC/sink room, and use of a master shared bathroom, shared with one other, in a modern. friendly house-share in a great Solihull location.
This is a three storey town house in a B91 Solihull location just off Lode Lane. In the house; there is a very large kitchen/diner/lounge with all appliances, with a comfortable lounging area with a 40 inch digital TV. We have high speed broadband, and in every bedroom there is a TV aerial socket. The house-mates are clean and tidy and look after the place well, and we supplement this with a cleaner for all communal areas, as well as a gardener.
THE BEDROOM: The bedroom is furnished with a 4ft double bed, a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe with drawers beneath. It has contemporary, modern decoration.
OWN WC/SINK: Next to the bedroom this house-mate has sole use of a WC and sink room.
SHARED MASTER BATHROOM: The master bathroom is shared with one of the house-mates, and has a bath, shower, sink and loo.
The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety.
The location of the house is great, on a modern build cul-de-sac, and not only gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick commute, but also for Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has in recent years been awarded the best place to live in the UK Quality of Life Index, and came second the following year!
Finally a bit about me, as a live out Landlord, I am an Accredited member of the Residential Landlords Association, and work closely with the Authorities to ensure my properties adhere to the highest standards of comfort, safety and security. To ensure we get the highest calibre tenants who we think will get along well in a professional house-share we interview carefully, credit check and request various proofs of id and reference, and take Guarantors. This is for our benefit as well as yours, to ensure we get a great group of tenants sharing a home together.
