A comfortable double room available..... short term initially for 6 -8 weeks but maybe longer.... you could stay here while looking for something more permanent. Room is in a comfortable sunny apartment. - short walk to city centre and dockyard with all bills included.
Towels bedding all kitchen things provided if you wanted you could just bring your suitcase. No deposit required.

Covid Stuff
For the moment we will be following the Government Guidelines to viewing and moving during the Covid Crisis. We would prefer you to look very carefully at photos and only come to view in person if you are really serious. If you come to view please wear a mask and use hand sanitiser.
All switches doorhandles etc will be treated with antiseptic wipes before and after viewing.
There will only be two people (myself and you) if you come to view.

You would be sharing the property with a post grad working at the dockyard in his mid thirties . He is mature, friendly, and keeps things very clean.
He is easy going about housemates and flexible ...... looking for someone quiet and clean to share with.
You can of course meet the flatmate if you wish - on the phone - online - or in person outside. You are welcome to stay for a couple of weeks trial and leave if you are not happy.

5 minute walk to Devonport train station.
Near many bus routes and 10 minutes walk from Alma Road bus station.

It was built in 1988 so has decent sized rooms and more solid walls/ floors than modern flats so good privacy.

Allocated parking for flatmates and no parking permits required in this area so plenty of extra parking for visitors outside on the road.
Lovely shared garden for BBQ or hanging washing.

Regret the apartment is not suitable for young children and pets are not allowed and the building, driveway and garden are strictly no smoking.

Some kind of references are required. These could be a previous landlord or employer for example and some way of showing how you will be paying the rent.
