An excellent bedroom available to let for £480 per calendar month in designer's spacious Victorian property. It is a very comfortable furnished room with wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair and storage space. It is for a single person but has a comfy double bed and is very cosy!

The house is on Ramsgate's rather charming west cliff, near to the town centre and only a 5 minute walk to the coast and sandy beaches. Buses nearby to Sandwich, Broadstairs and Margate and Canterbury. It is fully furnished, double glazed, and there are all facilities in the house such as dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and wireless broadband. There is a huge fridge and a separate freezer with your own shelf and you will have your own food cupboard so plenty of storage space for you in the kitchen.
There is a shower/WC room plus bathroom plus separate WC for the household so lots of choice.

The rent includes all bills, basics such as loo roll and washing up liquid but you would need to help to keep the place tidy and clean up after you of course like a proper grown up. I am not volunteering to be anyone's mum.

The spacious kitchen/dining room is designed to be sociable and you would be sharing with me, live in landlady, so there is room to chat over a cuppa and have your own space too. I work from home so am looking for someone who works office hours and not from home. The house is well organised and really feels like a place to relax.

The rent is paid in advance every calendar month and you would need a calendar months rent as a damage deposit to move in as well as employer and bank references. No smokers I'm afraid. There are very friendly cats living here so you must like cats and no more pets please.
