Double Bedroom in cosy 2 Bed Flat
I have a nice sized double bedroom available to rent. The flat and bedroom is fully furnished, and you would be sharing with myself and my cat(indoor), so it would be great if you are cat friendly.
I can be flexible with the move in date as I don't necessarily need to find someone to move in straight away. So those looking to move anytime between January and the start of March, please consider getting in touch.
It's a relatively small but cosy flat, so it would suit those who see their home as a place to unwind and relax, rather than a place to host large social gatherings.
It's situated off the main roads and has off street parking. It's also a top floor(2nd floor)and has no adjoining walls with any neighbours, therefore it is quiet and peaceful.
The bedroom is a nice size, with a king sized bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
Cosy Living room, broadband(200mbps), large tv with Netflix/Amazon/NowTv entertainment subscriptions and a BluRay player. Connected to the living room is a small but well equipped adjoining kitchen. Washing machine, Fridge/Freezer. Electric Oven/Gas hobs, slow cooker and a microwave.
Gas central heating throughout. And all Bills are Included in the rent.
Location: The Chesser area of Edinburgh. It’s just a few minutes walk from a 24 hour ASDA, an ALDI, Marks And Spencers Foodhall and a variety of other shops. The Corn Exchange and Nuffield gym are right at the end of the street and there is a Pure Gym also within walking distance. There are half a dozen frequent and reliable bus routes that can have you at Haymarket/Princes St West End in about 15 minutes. And regular buses to Edinburgh Park, The Gyle, Heriot Watt Uni and the 300 bus service to the Airport. Water of Leith and the canal run nearby for those who like a walk, run or cycle.
About me: I am pretty down to earth, friendly, tidy and considerate. I'm more of the introvert type, quiet and enjoy my own space, but will also enjoy getting to know my flatmate and catching up for a chat after/before work, or watching a movie/going out for a drink on the weekend from time to time. I work nightshifts Tuesdays to Fridays, but I am used to sleeping whilst others are around the house, so no need to worry about this. In my own time I enjoy relaxing at home and watching boxsets/movies/documentaries, sports, reading, cooking, visiting family and friends, and going for walks.
Please tell me a wee bit about yourself if you are sending me a message of interest in the room, as I'd rather offer viewings to those I know some details about and who seem like a good fit, rather than to complete unknowns.
Look forward to hearing from you.
