Double room in friendly house share - Bills inc!

Hi I'm Jim (that's business casual for James) and I'm trying to engineer the perfect house. I know what you're thinking, a house is more than just bricks and mortar. Which is why me, and my live in [junior] Doctor, Sam, are looking for a new housemate to replace Shannon in her double room, who's moved out because she's "too good" for us. Are you the third leg to our tripod??

Currently, the room is occupied by Kate Hudson but she's cool with sharing.

We’re both young professionals/snowflakes. When we’re not cooking up a culinary masterpiece, or celebrating a successful Insanity workout in front of some Netflix*, you can find us at Deck cafe eating Bristol’s best full English, with a side of avocado. Or at work on the pulse, saving lives. (In Jim’s case, just sat in front of a computer, in lockdown, in his room).

*Sam’s recent love interest just changed her password so we temporarily don’t have Netflix. But do have turbo quick interweb, Sky TV, Amazon Prime, and Playstation VR.

You must have one special skill, and you must be vegetarian - Sam and I eat a lot of meat so we need someone to offset our carbon footprint. Jokes aside... if you like food, festivals, skiing, climbing, or some form of stretching, you’ll be fine.

Kate’s room is furnished and has a big built in wardrobe, and shares the main bathroom with Sam. Oh and we're getting a regular cleaner in.

We're on a private road and right next to Gloucester road with all its shops/bars/cafes (especially Deck). Close to Horfield leisure centre and 30 seconds walk to the bus-stop, which takes you down Gloucester road to the centre in 15 minutes. Only issue is they’re bringing permits in so it probably isn’t ideal if you have a car :(

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, internet). Also have a nice decked garden for bbqs in the summer. I’d ask for one month’s rent as deposit and there are no application or agency fees.
