Friendly Modern Solihull House-Share
Sadly, Alex is moving to Germany, so I am looking for one more quality young professional house-mate to share this home with the three friendly, relaxed young professionals.
This room is a large double, with a 4ft double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It shares a shower room opposite the bedroom with one other house-mate.
As for the rest of the house, we have a modern kitchen, with all appliances, which goes through to a lounge diner. There is a 42 inch digital freeview TV in the lounge diner, and Virgin high speed broadband throughout, and each of the bedrooms have their own TV aerial sockets too. The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety.
In all our houses for young professionals we have been lucky enough to get great people who get along really well and look after their homes really well. We supplement this with a cleaning team who clean all the communal areas and the shared bathroom.
This is a good Solihull location between Lode Lane and Damson Lane, which not only gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick commute, but also for Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has been twice awarded the best place to live in recent years by the UK Quality of Life Index!
Finally a bit about me, as a live out Landlord, I am an Accredited member of the Residential Landlords Association as well as being MLAS Accredited (Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme), and work closely with the Authorities to ensure my properties adhere to the highest standards of comfort, safety and security. To ensure we get the highest calibre tenants who we think will get along well in a professional house-share we interview carefully, undertake referencing, credit check and request various proofs of id. This is for our benefit as well as yours, to ensure we get a great group of tenants sharing a home together.
