Room with en suite in house share

The house is 5 minutes walk to Theale Station, which is 11 minutes from Reading by train.

Theale is very close to the M4. You can walk across the M4 to get to IKEA and Sainsburys hypermarket. There is parking space for 3 cars in front of the house.

The cozy room is for 1 person, but would consider a couple for £ 680 per calendar month.

The bedroom has a large double bed, which lifts up exposing a large amount of storage space underneath. Attached to the bedroom is your own en suite bathroom, which is for your use only, complete with shower, bath and toilet.

I have recently redecorated the house with a new kitchen suite, because I like cooking. The kitchen is well-equipped with sliding larder shelves and new fridge-freezer.

You would have full use of the house including double oven, 5 ring hob and new washing machine.

Downstairs is open plan with virgin media superfast broadband. All housemates are open to chatting and are sociable.

I run a software house in Basingstoke and am only there 3 days per week, while the other housemate is studying to be a personal trainer in Reading. He is busy training or working in part-time jobs while he is studying.

I am a vegetarian, but the other housemate is not.

Previous occupants have been male and female, so applicants of either sex are welcome.
