Double room furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is plenty of room to add your own desk and chair if needed.

I am 37, working as a research assistant and enjoy sharing my home with others. I am friendly, respectful, outdoorsy, active and living a plant-based lifestyle. My current lodger has been here for a year, a 58 year old plumber working long shifts and returns home to his family at weekends.

We'd love to find an easy going, friendly, clean, tidy, respectful working person or mature student to join us in our non-smoking household.

Facilities include shared use of lounge, dining room, bathroom, garden, kitchen and kitchenware (crockery, cooking utensils etc.). Unrestricted on-street parking. Fibre Broadband (37 mbps).

Local amenities include Lidl, 3 x Co-op stores, shops in Stoke Village, cafés, pubs, Central Park and Life Centre all within 10 minute walk. On well-serviced bus routes to the City Centre and Derriford, 20 min walk to Plymouth train station, 30 min walk to city centre and 10 min walk to dock yard.

Rent is £410pcm, inclusive of utility bills, council tax and wi-fi. Deposit and references required.
